What is GLOBATS?

A managed warehousing and industrial-space service in Bangladesh. We take a requirement, secure the space, equip it, handle compliance, and can operate it for you. It is not a self-service booking marketplace.

How does leasing work with GLOBATS?

You start with district, capacity, stock profile and timing. GLOBATS qualifies the requirement, controls site disclosure, arranges a site visit when it is worthwhile, and takes the lease itself. You deal with us, not with five suppliers.

How is pricing determined?

Commercial terms depend on the verified space, your operating requirement, compliance scope, fit-out, service level and term. We do not publish binding quotes, because a rate without the operating scope behind it is misleading.

Do you serve districts outside Dhaka?

Yes. Operating focus is the Dhaka, Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj and Chattogram corridors, and we source nationally on request.
