Warehouse for rent · Savar
Pick, pack and dispatch capacity built for order volume rather than pallet storage — sourced, equipped and operated by GLOBATS across the Ashulia and Savar EPZ manufacturing belt.
In Savar, the rate is the easy part. A workable decision also covers truck access and road width, power load and generator backup, floor condition and clear height, licensing and fire safety, labour availability, and who is responsible when something fails at 2am.
GLOBATS takes the lease, prepares the facility and stays responsible after handover. You are not left coordinating a landlord, a fit-out contractor, a licensing agent and a labour supplier yourself.
